So
They had a tattoo parlor after all
Strange, when shed asked her manager, Davis, hed replied that Baltimore had never even seen a tattoo, let alone a parlor. The artist laughed to herself, he really didnt want her to get a few markings. That was Davis, old fashioned and do whatever it takes. One of his better qualities was keeping the young canine out of trouble, but he wouldnt stop her from getting this tattoo. She had searched the phone book several times until the yellow pages of heaven had opened up and showed her the phone number and address. Moments later, the artist had sketched out her design ( http://www.bullseyetattoos.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=2028 ). It was then folded and placed in her back pocket.
Rachel now stood before the parlor. She grinned somewhat at the name and spoke softly, Flying Needle, eh? Then the canine proceeded to enter. McGaven pushed the door open and listened as the chimes alerted the people of her presence. So much for silence. The parlor had a warm feel to it and it made the artist just continue towards the counter. She then just tapped her fingers lightly, barely making any noise, just waiting. As she waited, she pulled out her drivers license and her design. She just kept both in her hand, being silent and patient.
